How To Measure Your Size For Clothing

Step 1: Gather Your Tools
Before you begin measuring, gather the necessary tools: a flexible measuring tape, a mirror (optional), and a piece of paper to record your measurements.
Step 2: Measure Your Body
Wear form-fitting clothing or underwear and stand naturally with your feet together and arms at your sides. Use the measuring tape to record the following measurements:

  1. Chest/Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest or bust, keeping the tape under your armpits and across your shoulder blades.
